Pachadis , are essentially curd based, accompaniments , for Pulao or Biriyani . They can be also eaten, as stand alone dish , when you feel peckish and you do not want to eat junk .They are quick to make and are easy on the stomach. Pachadis can be made from a variety of vegetables , like cucumber , carrot ,onions , beetroot etc. Tomato is the commonest of all.
Ingredients
- Tomato 2 ( chopped fine)
- Curd 3 cups
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Oil 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chilies 2 ( chopped fine)
- Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
Method
- Whisk the curd and add salt . Season with mustard and green chilies
- Eat as it is , or serve with Pulao / Biriyani or any rice based dish.
