Ingredients
- Radish ( grated) 1 cup
- Turmeric Powder half a teaspoon
- Salt half a teaspoon
- Asafoetida / Hing 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil half a teaspoon
- Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chilies 1 ( chopped small)
Method
- Squeeze the grated radish and remove the juice . Add salt and keep aside . Again remove juice, after 10 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder and asafoetida . Season with mustard and green chilies .
- Garnish with chopped coriander or curry leaves , if desired.
