Beetroot Thayir Pachadi/Beetroot Raita

Now this Pachadi is not only feast for the eyes, due to its beautiful color but also taste for the palatetoo.  On  the top , it’s healthy too .
It’s an ideal accompaniment for any pulav , biriyani or other mixed rice dishes
Ingredients

  1. Beet root One ( big size )
  2. Curd 2 cups
  3. Coconut 1/2 cup (Grated )
  4. Salt as desired
  5. Green chilies 3 Chopped
  6. Oil 1 teaspoon
  7. Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Method

Method

  • Grate one beetroot .
  • Take curds , beat mildly with a fork . Add requisite salt , add grated beetroot .
  • To the  coconut  , add green chilies  and grind to a paste .
  • Add to the curd and mix .
  • Season with mustard .
  • Garnish with coriander leaves .
  • Delicious Beetroot Thayir Pachadi is ready .
