- Curd 2 cups
- Coconut 1/2 cup (Grated )
- Salt as desired
- Green chilies 3 Chopped
- Oil 1 teaspoon
- Mustard 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves 2 tablespoons (chopped)

Method
- Grate one beetroot .
- Take curds , beat mildly with a fork . Add requisite salt , add grated beetroot .
- To the coconut , add green chilies and grind to a paste .
- Add to the curd and mix .
- Season with mustard .
- Garnish with coriander leaves .
- Delicious Beetroot Thayir Pachadi is ready .
