It’s an ideal accompaniment for any pulav , biriyani or other mixed rice dishes
Grate one beetroot (medium size ) .
Take two cups of curds , beat mildly with a fork .Add requisite salt , add grated beetroot .
Grate coconut (1/2 cup ) , add two green chillies to it and grind to a paste .
Add to the curd and mix .
Season with mustard .
Garnish with coriander leaves .
Delicious Beetroot Thayir Pachadi is ready .
