Watermelons , which is a summer fruit, is healthy and tasty. This colourful fruit has significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of antioxidants. It is an essential fruit when you are on a diet, as it contains very little calories .
Ingredients
- Watermelon 4 cups,
- Ice cubes 1 cup,
- Lemon juice 2 tablespoon,
- Mint leaves few sprigs,
- Sugar 2 teaspoon.
Method
- Blend the water melon with ice cubes and sugar. While blending, take care not to crush the melon seeds.
- Filter the melon juice, add lemon juice and stir, serve in glasses and top it with mint leaves.
- Serve this refreshing drink.
