Water Melon Delight

Watermelons , which is a summer fruit,   is healthy and tasty.  This colourful fruit has significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of antioxidants. It is an essential fruit when you are on a diet,  as it contains very little calories .

Ingredients

  • Watermelon 4 cups,
  • Ice cubes 1 cup,
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoon,
  • Mint leaves few sprigs,
  • Sugar 2 teaspoon.

Method

  1. Blend the water melon with ice cubes and sugar. While blending, take care not to crush the melon seeds.
  2. Filter the melon  juice, add lemon juice and stir, serve in glasses and top it with mint leaves.
  3. Serve this refreshing drink.
