Fruit juices and shakes are ever popular all over the world . Strawberry is one such fruit, which makes for a delicious juice . When they are in season , make the most of them by eating them as a fruit or by making juice . The strawberry juice has a lovely color ,is very inviting and is enjoyed by young and old, alike . Strawberries, are high in anti oxidants and keep the heart and skin healthy . They are low calorie fruits and are rich in Manganese and Potassium.
Ingredients
- Fresh Strawberries ( stalk removed ) 2 cups
- Milk 2 cups
- Sugar ( organic and brown ) 2 tablespoons
- Mint leaves few
- Ice cubes
Method
- Blend the strawberries , adding milk and sugar , to smooth juice , in a blender .
- Add ice cubes on top.
- Garnish with some mint leaves .
- Add vanilla ice cream in the strawberry juice and blend , to make it richer . Or add a scoop of ice cream into the milk shake .
- Enjoy.
