Ingredients
- Mint 4 leaves
- Ginger grated 1 teaspoon
- Tulsi 10 to 12 leaves
- Water 4 cups
- Honey 1 tablespoon ( optional)
- Palm jaggery 2 teaspoons
Method
- Boil water . When it starts boiling , reduce flame and add tulsi , mint leaves and ginger into it and let it simmer .
- After 5 minutes , switch off the heat and keep aside for 5 minutes . Filter and add honey or palm jaggery, drink immediately .
- You will imbibe all the goodness of the tulsi , mint and ginger .
