An easy mango banana smoothie recipe, that everyone will love. This smoothie has the goodness of banana, which contain essential nutrients and mango which is rich in Vit A and C.
Ingredients
- Banana (Green or yellow ) sweet variety 2,
- Mango ½ cup,
- Cream ¼ cup,
- Sugar 1 to 2 tablespoon,
- Cold milk 1 cup,
- Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop (optional).
- Ice cubes few
Method
- Blend all the above in a mixer or blender to smooth . Add ice cubes .
- Add a scoop of ice cream (vanilla) and serve.
- You could drizzle the shake with chocolate or strawberry syrup. You can add mango chunks or banana pieces (few) on top or decorate with praline or nuts.
Note
Similarly sapota (CHIKU), strawberry, apple, custard apple milkshakes can be made.
