Ingredients
- Apples 2 ( peeled and cored )
- Milk or Almond Milk 2 cups
- Dates 4 ( deseeded)
- Cashewnuts or Almonds 10
- Ice cubes
- Chia seeds ( soaked for an hour ) 2 tablespoons
Method
- Blend all the above, in a blender and make a thick shake . Add ice cubes
- Garnish with some nuts or cinnamon powder and Chia seeds . Serve immediately .
- Do not store for a long time . Fruits taste best, when blended and served immediately .

- A chopped banana or a tablespoon of peanut butter, can be added while blending, to get a thick milk shake .
